Health Benefits

Sprouts and Microgreens provide your body with a plethora of nutrients and vitamins as well as preventatives for certain diseases/illnesses.

In general, all microgreens contain greater amounts of nutrients than their mature plant counterparts.  In other words, Arugula microgreens, for example, have more nutritional value than arugula salad greens.  As a result, all microgreens support increased good health and help to combat a wide variety of conditions and diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, digestive issues, and Alzheimer's disease.
